Tips for a Successful Application

Apply Early
Submit the application at least 7-10 days before the planned travel date to allow for processing time and any potential delays.
Document Quality
Ensure all documents are high-quality scans with clear, readable text and images. Poor-quality documents will require resubmission.
Double-Check Information
Verify all personal information matches the passport details exactly. Even small discrepancies can cause processing delays.
Keep Payment Receipt Secure
Once the fee is paid, the applicant receives a confirmation email. Keep this email secure, as it may be used as proof of refund in case of duplicate payment.
