Lost Mozambique eVisa/eTA Recovery Process
It is not necessary that if you loose your Mozambique eVisa, you will be required to apply for a new one. There are multiple ways to recover it before travelling to the Mozambique.
How to Recover a Lost Mozambique eVisa?
If you cannot find your approved Mozambique eVisa, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Check the Registered Email ID
The approved Mozambique eVisa/eTA is sent to the email address provided during the application process.
- Search for Mozambique eVisa/ eTA approval in the inbox.
- Check spam, junk and trash folders.
- If the email is found, download the eVisa/eTA again.
What if the approval email was deleted?
First, check the deleted emails folder. Sometimes emails can still be recovered from there.
For permanently deleted email, contact support and explain the situation.
Step 2: Contact Mozambique eVisa Support
Contact the Mozambique eVisa/eTA support at anytime via live chat, email or contact form.
Keep the following details ready before contacting them.
- Full name of the applicant.
- Passport number
- Order ID number, if available
- Registered email address
- Date of application
Note: These details can help the support person locate the application.
What If the Applicant Cannot Access the Registered Email?
If the applicant have lost access to the email they provided, then, they need to contact the Mozambique eVisa/eTA support and provide them with the phone number and the passport details used during the application.
Also they are required to provide a new email ID in which they want the recovered eVisa/eTA to be delivered.
The applicant must note that the approved eVisa/eTA will be send to the different email only after verification.
Travelling Without the eVisa/eTA Copy Is Possible?
Travellers are required to carry both printed and digital copy of their approved Mozambique eVisa/eTA document while travelling.
The approval may be checked:
- Before boarding the flight.
- At the immigration counter in Mozambique.
The travellers must note that the fee payment receipt or application order ID number should not be treated as a replacement for the approval letter.
Keep the Mozambique eVisa Approval Safe
Save the recovered document on your phone and email. Also keep a printed copy with the passport used for the application so it can be easily shown when needed.
