The applicant is required to submit:

Passport
Colour copy of passport bio page. The passport must have 6 months' validity.
Applicant Photo
Recent digital photo with a clear face and plain background.
Financial Means
3-month bank statements or any other similar financial proof.
Invitation Letter
Submit an invitation letter issued by the inviting organisation in Mozambique.
Official Credential
Credential issued by the Ministry of Culture (for cultural activities) OR the State Secretary of Sports (for sporting activities).
Additional Requirements for Minors
Parent's or guardian's/representative's ID AND a responsibility letter from the parent or guardian.
